LocalDoc operates entirely in your browser's private memory (RAM). Files are never transmitted to or backed up on any remote server. Consequently:
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining original, unmodified backup copies of all files prior to using compression, deletion, organization, or conversion tools.
- LocalDoc and its creators cannot restore, recover, or retrieve lost or corrupted files resulting from browser crashes, power interruptions, or system memory exhaustion during file processing.

LocalDoc provides biometric cropping and resizing tools (including Passport Photo Maker, Visa Photo Maker, and ID Photo Maker) calibrated to widely published international standards (such as US Department of State 2x2 inch, Schengen 35x45mm, and NADRA CNIC standards). However:
- Government specifications, lighting criteria, background nuances, and biometric tolerances are subject to frequent regulatory updates and strict official discretion.
- LocalDoc cannot and does not guarantee that photos processed through our tools will be officially accepted by any immigration department, visa processing center, or passport agency.
- Users are strongly advised to verify current photo requirements with the specific embassy or authority prior to submission.
4. Calculations, Financial & Engineering Tools
The Scientific Calculator and associated conversion utilities use standard IEEE-754 floating-point arithmetic and mathematical libraries. While engineered with high precision:
- Complex numerical approximations, matrix operations, and trigonometric evaluations can carry standard rounding variations inherent to digital computing.
